This is Dimitri's veal in a pastry crust served over Ratatouille. It was divine in every way. Having him cook for us and with us was one of the highlites of the trip. We all enjoyed him very much. We made two desserts just for fun and had lots of left overs for the next lunch. It was the perfect meal for the end of a perfect vacation.
